Alex Valner is President and Managing Partner at Center Capital Partners LLC.   Mr. Valner oversees all acquisitions, business operations, and portfolio management and sits on the company Investment Committee.

Prior to co-founding Center Capital Partners LLC, Mr. Valner was responsible for Western United States acquisitions and asset management efforts at Northwood Investors, as well Southern California acquisition efforts at Canyon Partners focusing on both equity and debt investments.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Valner has been intimately involved in all aspects of business including acquisitions, dispositions, development, redevelopment, asset management, leasing and property management.  This has included involvement in the deployment of over $1.5 billion in equity and the acquisition, development, and management of 21.4 million square feet of commercial properties.  Mr. Valner received a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated cum laude. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute Industrial and Office Park Development Council, as well as the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics. Mr. Valner was formerly a member of the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate and acts as the Co-Chair for the Rett Syndrome Research Trust Junior Committee.
