Monica Pernecky is a Senior Associate at Center Capital Partners LLC.  Ms. Pernecky focuses on the asset management of all investments, as well as execution of new acquisitions.

Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Ms. Pernecky worked on the investment management team at Invesco Real Estate performing asset management duties on a portfolio including office, industrial, retail, multifamily and development assets. Prior to Invesco, Ms. Pernecky worked at Manulife Investment Management supporting all US real estate transaction activity and previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle focused on commercial leasing in Southern California.  Ms. Pernecky attended the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where she received a B.S. in Business Administration.
