Blake Bowie is Vice President at Center Capital Partners LLC. Mr. Bowie focuses on acquisition sourcing and new investment execution on all equity and debt investments, as well as asset management activities.

Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Mr. Bowie worked with the equity and debt product teams at Eastdil Secured, executing equity sales, debt placements and property valuations. Prior to Eastdil Secured, Mr. Bowie worked at Wells Fargo within their Commercial Real Estate Group focusing on loan originations, asset management and borrower due diligence. Over the course of his career, Mr. Bowie has been involved in the valuation of over $30.0 billion of transaction volume, executing on $4.5 billion of transactions. Mr. Bowie attended the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where he received a B.S. in Business Administration.
