Jeremy Cohen is a Managing Director at Center Capital Partners LLC. Mr. Cohen focuses on acquisitions and investment execution within alternative asset classes, including strategic oversight of Terminal Logistics LLC, Center Capital Partners LLC’s industrial outdoor storage platform. Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC at inception in 2021, Mr. Cohen was responsible for acquisitions in the real estate private equity group at Apollo Global Management, executing on acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. Prior to Apollo Global Management, Mr. Cohen worked at Blackstone within the real estate debt strategies group, evaluating and closing deals within Blackstone’s flagship debt fund, publicly traded mortgage REIT and hedge fund vehicles. Throughout his career, Mr. Cohen has been involved in closing over $4.0 billion of transaction volume equating to over $1.5 billion of equity deployment. Mr. Cohen graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics and was designated both a Joseph Wharton Scholar and a Benjamin Franklin Scholar.

Blake Bowie is a Vice President at Center Capital Partners LLC. Mr. Bowie focuses on acquisition sourcing and new investment execution on all equity and debt investments, including strategic oversight of Center Industrial. Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Mr. Bowie worked with the equity and debt product teams at Eastdil Secured, executing equity sales, debt placements and property valuations. Prior to Eastdil Secured, Mr. Bowie worked at Wells Fargo within their Commercial Real Estate Group focusing on loan originations, asset management and borrower due diligence. Over the course of his career, Mr. Bowie has been involved in the valuation of over $30.0 billion of transaction volume, executing on $4.5 billion of transactions. Mr. Bowie attended the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where he received a B.S. in Business Administration.

Monica Pernecky is a Senior Associate at Center Capital Partners LLC. Ms. Pernecky focuses on the asset management of all investments, as well as execution of new acquisitions. Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Ms. Pernecky worked on the investment management team at Invesco Real Estate performing asset management duties on a portfolio including office, industrial, retail, multifamily and development assets. Prior to Invesco, Ms. Pernecky worked at Manulife Investment Management supporting all US real estate transaction activity and previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle focused on commercial leasing in Southern California. Ms. Pernecky attended the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where she received a B.S. in Business Administration.

Jack McNamee is an associate at Center Capital Partners LLC. Mr. McNamee focuses on acquisition sourcing and all new investment execution, as well as asset management activities. Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Mr. McNamee worked as an Analyst at Eastdil Secured with the investment sales and debt placement teams across multiple geographies. Mr. McNamee has been involved with the underwriting of office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality asset classes, and while working at Eastdil Secured, Mr. McNamee was involved with the underwriting of over $15.0 billion of real estate transaction volume. Mr. McNamee attended the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where he received a B.S. in Business Administration. Mr. McNamee also attended the Viterbi School of Engineering at the University of Southern California where he received a Specialization in Applied Computer Securities.

Ben Miller is an analyst at Center Capital Partners LLC. Mr. Miller focuses on underwriting, new-investment execution, and asset management activities. Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Mr. Miller worked as an Analyst at Eastdil Secured with both the debt and equity teams in Los Angeles. He has underwritten industrial, multifamily, office, retail, life science, and hotel assets and developments. During his tenure at Eastdil, Mr. Miller worked on over $18 billion of real estate transaction volume. Mr. Miller attended the Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California where he received a B.S. in Real Estate Development.

Molly Nunn is an Executive Assistant at Center Capital Partners LLC. Ms. Nunn oversees entire team management, marketing, and investor relations, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the executive leadership team. Before joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Ms. Nunn served as the Executive Assistant and Communications Associate at Oxeon, where she led the company's marketing efforts. Ms Nunn attended College of Charleston where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Writing, Rhetoric and Publication.

Ken Moelis is Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Moelis & Company, a global independent investment bank that provides innovative strategic advice and solutions to a diverse client base, including corporations, governments and financial sponsors. Mr. Moelis has over 30 years of investment banking experience. Prior to founding Moelis & Company, he worked at UBS from 2001 to 2007, where he was most recently President of UBS Investment Bank and previously Joint Global Head of Investment Banking. Before joining UBS, Mr. Moelis was Head of Corporate Finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he worked from 1990 through 2000. Mr. Moelis serves on the University of Pennsylvania Board of Trustees, the Wharton Board of Overseers, the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Board of Advisors and was formerly Chair and Director on the Tourette Association of America Board. He holds an undergraduate degree and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
