Meet the team

Jeremy Cohen is a Partner at Center Capital Partners. He is primarily responsible for investment sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and business plan execution with a focus on the Firm’s industrial outdoor storage (“IOS”) platform. He is a member of Center Capital’s Investment Committee. Mr. Cohen has over a decade of institutional real estate experience investing across the capital stack, risk spectrum, and property sectors, including over $4.5 billion of transaction volume and equity deployment in excess of $2 billion. Prior to joining Center Capital in 2021, Mr. Cohen was a senior member of Apollo Global Management’s real estate private equity team, responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions. Prior to Apollo, he was on the real estate debt strategies group at Blackstone, where he evaluated and closed investments within the firm’s flagship debt fund, publicly traded mortgage REIT, and hedge fund vehicles. Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was designated both a Joseph Wharton Scholar and a Benjamin Franklin Scholar. He is a Co-Chair of the Junior Board of American Friends of the Israeli Navy SEALs, and is an active participant and supporter of various charitable organizations including Achilles International.

Jack McNamee is an Associate at Center Capital Partners. He is primarily responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and underwriting real estate investment opportunities. He is actively involved throughout the full investment lifecycle, from conducting due diligence to supporting asset management initiatives that drive value creation across the portfolio. Mr. McNamee also collaborates with the Firm’s leadership team on investment strategy and special projects. Prior to joining Center Capital, Mr. McNamee was an Analyst at Eastdil Secured and supported the firm’s debt and equity transactions across a range of property types, risk profiles, and deal structures. His experience includes underwriting and due diligence for real estate transactions spanning industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and alternative sectors. Mr. McNamee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, along with a Specialization in Applied Computer Security from USC's Viterbi School of Engineering.

Cassie Jernigan is an Investor Relations Associate at Center Capital Partners. In this capacity, she supports the Firm’s capital formation and investor relations initiatives, including investor outreach, relationship management, fundraising collateral, and ongoing communications related to Center Capital’s investment strategy, portfolio activity, and performance. Ms. Jernigan has experience across real estate capital markets, acquisitions, leasing, and asset management. Prior to joining Center Capital, she was an Associate on the Debt Placement team at Eastdil Secured, where she worked with institutional real estate owners and developers to structure and execute complex financing solutions across the multifamily, industrial, hospitality, retail, and office sectors. Prior to Eastdil Secured, Ms. Jernigan worked at George Comfort & Sons, where she underwrote acquisition and development opportunities and supported leasing and asset management initiatives. Ms. Jernigan holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia.

Max Reiter is an Associate at Center Capital Partners. He is primarily responsible for asset management of the Firm's Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) platform, overseeing leasing, tenant relations, capital projects, and property management. Additionally, he supports portfolio-level initiatives including financing, dispositions, reporting, cash management, and investor relations. Prior to joining Center Capital, Mr. Reiter was a Portfolio Management Associate at Ares Management, where he focused on closed-end real estate funds and was responsible for fund strategy, financing, dispositions, and reporting. Previously, he was an Asset Management Analyst at GLP Capital Partners, where he executed business plans across the firm's investments. He began his career at Green Street as a Research Associate covering Europe. Mr. Reiter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Ben Miller is an Analyst at Center Capital Partners, where he is primarily responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and underwriting real estate investment opportunities. He is actively involved throughout the full investment lifecycle, from conducting due diligence to supporting asset management initiatives that drive value creation across the portfolio. Mr. Miller also collaborates with the broader team to assess and implement efforts that enhance the Firm's investment process. Prior to joining Center Capital, he was an Analyst at Eastdil Secured, working within the firm's Investment Sales and Debt Placement groups, where he underwrote over $18 billion in real estate transaction volume across industrial, multifamily, office, retail, life science, and hotel investments. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Real Estate Development from the Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California.

Molly Nunn serves as Chief of Staff at Center Capital Partners, where she has held roles of increasing responsibility spanning operations, investor relations, business development, firm strategy, and plays an integral role in advancing day-to-day operations and strategic priorities. She works closely with the Firm's leadership team on company-wide and cross-functional initiatives, with a focus on corporate operations, investor engagement, and special projects. Ms. Nunn also leads key aspects of human resources, onboarding, and infrastructure processes. Prior to joining Center Capital, Ms. Nunn worked at Oxeon, a New York City-based executive search and strategic investor firm. As Communications Associate & Executive Assistant, she supported marketing, public relations, executive support, external communications, and broader firm initiatives. Ms. Nunn holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with concentration in Writing, Rhetoric and Publication from the College of Charleston.

Abby Cinotto serves as Director of Finance & Accounting at Center Capital Partners. In this capacity, she is responsible for corporate financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, treasury and cash management, tax oversight, and the finance and accounting of the Firm’s sponsored investment vehicles. Prior to joining Center Capital, Ms. Cinotto was Manager of Fund Accounting and Operations at Banner Ridge Partners, where she led financial reporting for the firm’s private equity, private credit, and small buyout strategies. Previously, she served as Fund Finance and Accounting Manager at StepStone Group, where she was responsible for fund financial reporting across real estate and infrastructure sectors. Before that, she was a Fund Finance and Accounting Manager at BKM Capital Partners, and she was a Finance Associate at AEW Capital Management. She began her career as an Audit Associate at Grant Thornton. Ms. Cinotto holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of Kansas.

Will Thomas is a Vice President at Center Capital Partners, where he is primarily responsible for sourcing, investment execution, and asset management activities across the Firm’s industrial outdoor storage (“IOS”) investments in the Southeast and Texas markets. He also collaborates with the Firm’s leadership team on investment strategy and special projects. Prior to joining Center Capital, Mr. Thomas was a Director at Stonelake Capital Partners, where he was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions of the firm’s industrial and IOS investments in Dallas. He was involved in over $550 million of related transaction volume. Previously, Mr. Thomas was an Asset Manager at Armada Analytics, where he focused on multifamily underwriting and asset management. Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management, with a minor in Accounting, from Clemson University. He is an active volunteer with Meals on Wheels and a member of its local Young Professionals Program.

Jason Don is Vice President, Data & Technology at Center Capital Partners LLC. Mr. Don leads the firm's data infrastructure and artificial intelligence strategy, developing the internal systems and AI capabilities used across acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management. He also supports the firm's acquisition efforts, working alongside the deal team on live transactions. Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Mr. Don was a Summer Associate at Sand Point Road, a real estate family office investing in net-leased assets. There he was the sole architect and developer of the firm's internal investment platform, an AI-powered system of record covering its deals, documents, and diligence. Still in operation today, the platform allows a small team to source, close, and manage assets at institutional scale. Prior to Sand Point Road, Mr. Don spent five years as Creative Director at Swan Bitcoin, a bitcoin financial services company, where his work spanned marketing, brand, and product. Mr. Don received a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Graziadio Business School at Pepperdine University with a concentration in Investment and Finance, a Master of Fine Arts in Producing from the American Film Institute, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude. He is ARGUS certified and a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Brock King is a Director at Center Capital Partners. In this capacity, he is responsible for asset management and day-to-day operations across the Firm’s Industrial Outdoor Storage (“IOS”) platform, including business plan execution, capital projects, leasing and tenant relations, portfolio performance, and property-level financial reporting. He also supports capital transactions and strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and portfolio growth. Mr. King is an experienced commercial real estate professional with a focus on industrial asset and portfolio management. Prior to joining Center Capital, he was a Portfolio Manager at Los Angeles-based Rexford Industrial Realty, where he oversaw portfolio budgeting and forecasting, acquisition due diligence, tenant relations, capital improvement projects, and the implementation of asset-level business plans and repositioning strategies. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with ownership, leasing teams, tenants, and service providers to drive operational excellence and long-term asset performance. Mr. King holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from California State University, Fullerton. He is a licensed California real estate salesperson.

Zackary Schouweiler is a full-time consultant for Center Capital Partners focused on Finance, Accounting, and Operations.

Kate Kwasny is a full-time consultant for Center Capital Partners focused on Finance, Accounting, and Operations.

Suki Swaroop is a full-time consultant for Center Capital Partners focused on execution of transactions including all aspects of diligence and closing.

Ken Moelis is Founding Partner of Center Capital Partners. He provides strategic guidance and advice to the Firm and is a significant investor in Center Capital and its investment vehicles. Mr. Moelis is also Founder and Executive Chairman of Moelis & Company. He has over 40 years of experience as an investment banker and executive, during which he has been responsible for the innovation and growth of investment banking franchises across the industry. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Moelis & Company from its founding through September 2025. Prior to founding Moelis & Company, he was President of UBS Investment Bank and previously Head of Corporate Finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He began his investment banking career at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Moelis holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Business Council and the Business Roundtable and serves on the Wharton Board of Advisors and the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Board of Advisors. Mr. Moelis was formerly Board Chair and Director of the Tourette Association of America and served on the Board of Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania for 10 years.
