Center Capital is partnered with Prince Street Partners to acquire and transform properties into state-of-the-art life science campuses in key innovation hubs. 1 Twin Dolphin is a three building office park located in Redwood City, CA, which hosts nearby companies such as Google, Oracle and more. This site is currently made up of three structures totaling 147,000 square feet, of which one 85,000 SF structure will be retained and two of the three structures will be demolished. Center Capital purchased this property in 2022 and plans to redevelop the asset into a leading life science campus.
